Un reciente\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: 400;\">estudio<\/strong>\u00a0demostr\u00f3 que\u00a0<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">comer almendras disminuye la circunferencia de cintura<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo revel\u00f3 la\u00a0<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>publicada en\u00a0\u00a0<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Food and Nutrition Sciences<\/strong><\/b>,\u00a0 financiado por Almond Board of California, en la que se encontr\u00f3 que las personas que comen un pu\u00f1ado de almendras de forma regular\u00a0<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">(23 piezas aproximadamente) tienen un \u00cdndice de Masa Corporal (IMC) m\u00e1s bajo, as\u00ed como una menor circunferencia de cintura.\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>Adem\u00e1s de saciar, la mezcla de grasa saludable, prote\u00edna vegetal y fibra te permiten sentirte satisfecho durante mucho m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a este hallazgo tambi\u00e9n se encontraron estos\u00a0<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">beneficios:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">La gente que come un<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0pu\u00f1ado de almendras<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0(23 piezas aproximadamente) al d\u00eda son m\u00e1s propensos a ser f\u00edsicamente activos y menos propensos a fumar, lo que sugiere que comer almendras est\u00e1 asociado con estilos de vida m\u00e1s saludables.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">El consumo de almendras se\u00a0<b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">asocia con una mayor ingesta de diversos nutrientes<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0identificados como una preocupaci\u00f3n de salud p\u00fablica, incluyendo fibra diet\u00e9tica.
