{"id":6458,"date":"2021-02-25T00:44:16","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T07:44:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/?p=6458"},"modified":"2021-02-25T00:44:16","modified_gmt":"2021-02-25T07:44:16","slug":"fue-inaugurado-el-primer-juzgado-civico-en-la-historia-de-hermosillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/blog\/2021\/02\/25\/fue-inaugurado-el-primer-juzgado-civico-en-la-historia-de-hermosillo\/","title":{"rendered":"Fue Inaugurado el primer Juzgado Ci\u0301vico en la historia de Hermosillo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEstamos en un momento hist\u00f3rico para nuestra ciudad, esta es una transformaci\u00f3n de la justicia en el municipio, afirm\u00f3 la alcaldesa\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Celida<\/span>\u00a0L\u00f3pez C\u00e1rdenas al inaugurar el primer Juzgado C\u00edvico en la historia de Hermosillo.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ada del Secretario del Ayuntamiento Joaqu\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez V\u00e9jar y el juez calificador Wilbert Ampar\u00e1n, quien estar\u00e1 a cargo del nuevo juzgado, la Presidenta Municipal destac\u00f3 que la interacci\u00f3n de los polic\u00edas con los ciudadanos y la transparencia con que se tienen que tratar las controversias entre ciudadanos, ser\u00e1n materia de esta instancia ubicada en la comandancia Centro de la Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f3pez C\u00e1rdenas hizo notar que la instalaci\u00f3n cuenta con una c\u00e1mara y espacio para testigos del proceso y el trato. \u201cLo m\u00e1s importante es que el ciudadano tenga la confianza de que al ser detenido por un polic\u00eda tiene derecho a tener esta audiencia con su juez c\u00edvico y exponer sus motivos y razones jur\u00eddicas para su defensa\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el Secretario del Ayuntamiento asegur\u00f3 que quien cometa una falta administrativa tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de un proceso transparente, legal, digno y seguro, que incluye apoyo psicol\u00f3gico y asesor\u00eda legal de un abogado, al momento de que su caso lo atienda un juez.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva instancia es parte de la incorporaci\u00f3n de Hermosillo al modelo de Justicia C\u00edvica que ya ha mostrado su efectividad en otros municipios de M\u00e9xico y su operaci\u00f3n a nivel local est\u00e1 prevista en la legislaci\u00f3n federal, relat\u00f3 la alcaldesa\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Celida<\/span>\u00a0L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEstamos en un momento hist\u00f3rico para nuestra ciudad, esta es una transformaci\u00f3n de la justicia en el municipio, afirm\u00f3 la alcaldesa\u00a0Celida\u00a0L\u00f3pez C\u00e1rdenas al inaugurar el primer Juzgado C\u00edvico en la historia de Hermosillo.
