{"id":4768,"date":"2020-12-07T18:37:35","date_gmt":"2020-12-08T01:37:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/?p=4768"},"modified":"2020-12-13T23:23:30","modified_gmt":"2020-12-14T06:23:30","slug":"desayuno-sano-ninos-sanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/blog\/2020\/12\/07\/desayuno-sano-ninos-sanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Desayuno sano, esencial para los ni\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Existen muchas dudas a la hora de planificar la\u00a0<strong>alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0de los m\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>peques<\/strong>\u00a0de la casa: si les estamos aportando las suficientes prote\u00ednas, si debemos restringirles el consumo de grasas, si lo que les ofrecemos les aporta suficiente energ\u00eda, e incluso a veces, si necesitan alg\u00fan suplemento que favorezca un crecimiento sano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Debemos tener siempre presente la premisa de ofrecer alimentos que sean\u00a0<strong>saludables<\/strong>\u00a0y que principalmente sean de origen vegetal:\u00a0<strong>frutas<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>hortalizas<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>legumbres<\/strong>\u00a0y sus derivados,\u00a0<strong>cereales<\/strong>\u00a0integrales,\u00a0<strong>frutos secos<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>grasas saludables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4770\" src=\"https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/storage\/2020\/12\/nina-comiendo-fruta.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/storage\/2020\/12\/nina-comiendo-fruta.jpg 800w, https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/storage\/2020\/12\/nina-comiendo-fruta-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/storage\/2020\/12\/nina-comiendo-fruta-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/storage\/2020\/12\/nina-comiendo-fruta-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/soledaddurazo.com\/storage\/2020\/12\/nina-comiendo-fruta-750x563.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Para que los peques adquieran estos h\u00e1bitos, adem\u00e1s de ofrec\u00e9rselos, deben ver ese consumo en sus progenitores y ser su ejemplo a seguir. Es importante llevar estrategias de educaci\u00f3n alimentaria, adaptando la informaci\u00f3n a su edad para que entiendan c\u00f3mo afecta la comida al cuerpo humano o que empiecen a mirar el\u00a0<strong>etiquetado de alimentos<\/strong>\u00a0y se seleccione el que menor cantidad de az\u00facar tiene, as\u00ed como destacar la importancia de la\u00a0<strong>actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong>\u00a0y realizarla con ellos, entre otros ejemplos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Partiendo de la base de que debemos cubrir la ingesta de fruta y verduras a 5 raciones m\u00ednimo, cada d\u00eda, siempre debemos proponer en\u00a0<strong>desayunos<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>meriendas<\/strong>\u00a0estas opciones como prioritarias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Ofrecer siempre la fruta como primera opci\u00f3n y si se quedan con hambre:<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Yogur sin az\u00facar con granola casera y fruta, o bien con algunos trocitos de chocolate negro de al menos 70% con ar\u00e1ndanos o alg\u00fan otro fruto rojo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Tostada de pan integral, con aguacate y tomate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Tostada con alguna crema de fruto seco (la de cacahuete y la de anacardos est\u00e1n riqu\u00edsimas).<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Porridge de avena y pl\u00e1tano o manzana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Galletas de avena y coco.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Bizcochos de pl\u00e1tano y avena.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Galleta de masa de garbanzo, crema de cacahuete, d\u00e1tiles y cacao.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Muchas de estas recetas las podr\u00e9is encontrar en el blog del\u00a0<strong>chef\u00a0Juan Llorca<\/strong>\u00a0y en su \u00faltimo libro junto a la nutricionista Melissa G\u00f3mez.
