class=\"asset-recipe-steps\">\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Picamos el ajo y la cebolla muy finos para la masa de las alb\u00f3ndigas y los pochamos ligeramente en una cacerola ancha, a fuego suave, durante unos cinco minutos, para que\u00a0<strong>dejen de estar crudos.<\/strong>\u00a0Mientras, remojamos un par de minutos en leche el pan de molde y lo escurrimos.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Mezclamos las carnes, el pan, el pochado, el huevo, salpimentamos y amasamos bien para que todos los sabores se integren y\u00a0<strong>probamos el punto de sal de la mezcla<\/strong>\u00a0cocinando un poquito en la plancha. Si est\u00e1 a nuestro gusto, la dejamos reposar una hora en la nevera para que se asiente y coja cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Mientras tanto, marchamos la salsa. Picamos el ajo y la cebolla en la juliana y lo pochamos en una tartera o sart\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>sin que cojan color,<\/strong>\u00a0a temperatura suave. A\u00f1adimos el vino blanco y el brandy, dejamos reducir, y agregamos el caldo de verduras y las almendras, dejando cocer todo durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Trituramos el conjunto,\u00a0<strong>colamos para que no queden grumos<\/strong>\u00a0o arenilla y corregimos de sal y pimienta, manteniendo la salsa caliente en la cazuela donde luego a\u00f1adiremos las alb\u00f3ndigas.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Con la salsa casi a punto, recuperamos las alb\u00f3ndigas de la nevera.\u00a0<strong>Enharinamos las alb\u00f3ndigas en un bol<\/strong>\u00a0mientras calentamos aceite de oliva suave en una sart\u00e9n aparte, esperando que la temperatura est\u00e9 a unos 170 \u00baC. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, vamos friendo las alb\u00f3ndigas por tandas \u2014apenas un par de minutos deber\u00edan bastar si boleamos alb\u00f3ndigas de unos 40 gramos\u2014 y las escurrimos.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\"><strong>A\u00f1adimos las alb\u00f3ndigas a la salsa de almendras<\/strong>\u00a0y dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos a fuego suave, suficiente para que cojan sabor y se terminen de hacer.
