Una vez cocidos quitamos la piel, los abrimos, sin que pierdan su forma, y retiramos la piel, venas y semillas. A\u00f1adimos los granos de elote, la cebolla y el ajo. cocinas por 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Agregamos la crema y dejamos que se espese. Bajamos el fuego y a\u00f1adimos los cubos de queso panela.
