Quitamos las pechugas y los muslos del pollo de la carcasa y la reservamos. Si tienes muslos de pollo, obviamente no es necesario que realices este paso. Lo bueno de hacerlo con un pollo entero, es que puedes hacer un caldo con la carcasa, cubri\u00e9ndola de agua y dej\u00e1ndola cocinarse a fuego suave durante 1 hora. Obtendr\u00e1s un delicioso caldo que podr\u00e1s aprovechar para despu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora lo salpimentamos. En una cazuela alta, ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva a calentar a fuego fuerte. Una vez caliente a\u00f1adimos el pollo y lo sellamos por todas sus caras. No es necesario cocinarlo por dentro. Tan solo, sellarlo y que se tueste un poco por su cara exterior<\/li>\n<li>Una vez haya cogido algo de color, lo retiramos y bajamos el fuego. En el mismo aceite que hemos cocinado el pollo a\u00f1adimos la cebolla, los pimientos y los dientes de ajo, todo bien picado. Salpimentamos y dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos a fuego suave, removiendo con frecuencia.<\/li>\n<li>Pasado el tiempo, a\u00f1adimos el tomate triturado y las hojas de laurel y mezclamos con el resto de ingredientes. Cocinamos unos 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el tomate haya reducido a m\u00e1s de la mitad, a\u00f1adimos el vino blanco y dejamos cocinar hasta que casi se haya evaporado todo el l\u00edquido. Unos 3 minutos m\u00e1s<\/li>\n<li>Volvemos a a\u00f1adir el pollo a toda la preparaci\u00f3n y mezclamos bien. Despu\u00e9s, cubrimos con el caldo del pollo. Si no tienes caldo puedes emplear tan solo agua.
