Coloca el harina en forma de volc\u00e1n sobre una mesa con suficiente espacio. En el hueco del volc\u00e1n de harina agrega las yemas, el Knorrcccc En Polvo Caldo de Vegetales, el aceite de oliva y el agua.<\/dd>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"2\u00ba passo\">2<\/span>Incorpora con cuidado todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa de consistencia suave y tersa. Ten cuidado de no sobre trabajarla para no activar el gluten. Envuelve la masa en pl\u00e1stico antiadherente y d\u00e9jala reposar en el refrigerador por 30 minutos.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group--weVnm cooking-methods__group\">\n<dt class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-title--1eiwU cooking-methods__group-title\">Para el relleno<\/dt>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"1\u00ba passo\">1<\/span>Coloca una olla con abundante agua a fuego alto. Cuando este hirviendo agrega la espinaca y cocina durante un par de minutos. Retira la espinaca con ayuda de un colador y exprime tratando de retirar toda el agua. Trocea la espinaca con ayuda de un cuchillo y col\u00f3cala en un bowl.<\/dd>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"2\u00ba passo\">2<\/span>A\u00f1ade el queso ricotta a las espinacas troceadas, tambi\u00e9n la pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida. Mezcla muy bien hasta que todo est\u00e9 incorporado, sazona a tu gusto y deja reposar.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group--weVnm cooking-methods__group\">\n<dt class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-title--1eiwU cooking-methods__group-title\">Para armar los ravioles:<\/dt>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"1\u00ba passo\">1<\/span>Pasado el tiempo de reposo de la masa es hora de formar los ravioles. Sobre una superficie espolvorea un poco de Maizena\u00ae F\u00e9cula de Ma\u00edz Regular y luego coloca una porci\u00f3n de la masa. Estira con ayuda de un rodillo o de una m\u00e1quina para pasta, esta debe quedar muy delgada. corta tiras gruesas para formar los ravioles,<\/dd>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"2\u00ba passo\">2<\/span>Coloca un poco de relleno sobre una de las tiras dejando un espacio de 1.5 cm entre el relleno. Cubre con otra tira de pasta, de ser necesario agrega con un pincel un poco de agua para pegar ambas tiras de pasta. Corta los ravioles con ayuda de un cortador y cierra nuevamente cada raviol. Deja reposar 20 minutos en el refrigerador antes de cocinar.<\/dd>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"3\u00ba passo\">3<\/span>Coloca abundante agua y sal en una olla de buen tama\u00f1o para cocinar los ravioles. Cuando est\u00e9 hirviendo a borbotones agrega de poco en poco los ravioles, es importante no saturar el agua para que no baje la temperatura y estos se cocinen bien. Cuando est\u00e9n listos d\u00e9jalos escurrir en un colador hasta el momento de servirlos.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group--weVnm cooking-methods__group\">\n<dt class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-title--1eiwU cooking-methods__group-title\">Para la salsa:<\/dt>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"1\u00ba passo\">1<\/span>En una sart\u00e9n coloca el aceite de oliva a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente a\u00f1ade el ajo finamente picado, sofr\u00ede durante unos minutos.<\/dd>\n<dd class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item--Tz89s cooking-methods__group-item\"><span class=\"RecipeCookingMethod-module--cooking-methods__group-item-counter--3-ubf cooking-methods__group-item-counter\" aria-label=\"2\u00ba passo\">2<\/span>Agrega el jitomate al ajo sofrito y a\u00f1ade sal para que el jitomate comience a soltar su jugo. Baja a fuego medio y cocina durante 15 minutos.
